Hi Jordan, sorry to post here but i can't PM you for some reason,
250 Euro is a fair price for this archer, considering the following:
- It is 102, not 103,
- It is r9.1, not r9.3,
- Yes, it has 5k Nw tokens, but i would need just under 5k tokens to recast the r9.1 to r9.2,
- Yes, it has some coin, but i would need ~70kk just to get it from first r9.1 to r9.3 (without re-roll costs),
- The gear is averagely sharded and refined (except for +10 weap) which would change to unrefined when making r9.3.
So basically paying 250Euro for a brand new r9.3 char, no shards, no refines..
