Where is the problem? Theres written that items of the 12th grade or higher cannot be dismantled and you got a 8deg item there.
The pictures explain not a single thing, rofl. Everything looks normal and working.

Yes, but when I detroy it I get nothing ... no elements and the shield is gone ...

and the text "Items of the 12th grade or higher cannot be dismantled" comes AFTER I click on "Dismantle".

and ... Degree 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 are working ... only 8d is not working..

Where is the problem?

What's the level cap on this server where you're playing? Any weird edits? This text about 12dg items is just a visual mistake in media.pk2. Someone was too lazy to edit this.

Maybe the developers of that server have disabled the ability to dismantle items of the last degree, that's what he means :)
