Please apply the following patch, it will add Win32 missing Dll files and make AutoUpdater work for everyone

you dont have to install something! all u have to do, is unzip everything from above to a new folder! this is pic is a bit older but i think u can see what i mean! ;)

and please ignore this openkore-2.0.6.1 folder! this dont have to be in there!
