You can use a tool whitch allows you write by pressing one key. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] is an example for a macro tool but there are even better tools.

I guess the reason is to prevent spam, if there was a copy paste available to anyone then you would soon see massive spam in all chat.

you can copy your own written text wit ctrl+a+c and paste it with ctrl+v maybe it helps :)
