Cannot Create Guild on r34083

Hi!

When i talk to the npc to create a guild i get this error(after the "input guild name" dialog):

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]


Some help ? :D

P.S: I am upper than level 40 and i have the needent gold for this operation!
