Packet EDIT!!!! PLZ!!!

i need help i keep getting disconnected when i try to use WPE pro after dropping money then pick it up plz give me a walk through, thank you.

Due to there being a packet encryption, WPE won't do shit for you (unless it supports encryption/decryption plugins, I don't think it does).
