Caught on the Oceania server!

Hello dear community.

I did a transfer from EUW to OCE, and want to get back to EUW.
When i try to do a transfer, I'm getting the message;

"There is an error in the transfer service. Please contact Riot support.
Error: cannot connect to transfer service."


What can i do about this, and what causes this issue?
I want to go back so badly..

Any help is appreciated big time. :(

I've already done that. But the reply time is high as fk..
Fustrating.. It seems that NO transfer is possible at all.
Tested all servers so far.
