you can kill on any server that got the halloween plugin kill the hhh then you get unusual scrap metal. you craft it with 4 ref and then you get the headtaker

there are 3 ways to get it(ways, methods is just 1)
  1. Legit(get a HHH server and do it)
  2. A fun server that has regular spawn of it
  3. Achievement server. This ones is a 1 command to get every achv, but I dont recommend this one, as it may bug your profile

Gonna suggest a server that got HHH as regular spawn, as well as being a fun server
