Hmm, I looked a bit into this, and there isn't a column in itemetc.csv (cuz im 100% sure thats what you need to edit) that would describe how many can be equipped at once. But you can compare a normal ring (like kismet gold ring) and fild differences in the columns. For example the "Code" column. Some rings/amulets have it on 3, some have it on 5. Kismet Gold Ring has it on 3, helion's seal has it on 5. Try changing it to 3.
I can't really test this, as I don't have a character with a helion's seal anywhere where I am NOT banned xD
