Need more helpp

Yeah so, how can i get rid of the stone bit outside the orb (inside the guys head) & how can I stop the random characters (like the bandit) from showing up..

+ why does the bandit have beads in his other hand :S

EDIT: Another thing, none of my NPC directions work atall, they all face bottom left... Is this a common problem?

Just go in and alpha out the .dds files?

create a invisible layer, as in umm.
cut. lol. i'm not sure it will work, as it might turn out white.
or just create it as 1 pixel. lol.

and for the NPC problem, if you are using 5017 (Which you are, i can tell by the client)
then yes, it's a very common problem.

Tried the invisible layer, the orbs layer is below the stoney thing so it wouldnt work. I can make the orb invisible but i cant find where the dds is for the stoney bit...

theres over 1000 .dds files i believe, i've done dds editted alot, and... when it comes down to it. it's just not worth the trouble. lol.
