why can't I find the data.pak?

I'm new to hacking, and I'm look for the data.pak but I can't find it. where is it?

There are no data.pak in 2moons anymore. Now we use csv or CE. Easily found in release section.

Or then we edit the pack.d04 file in the /data/ folder :).

u say what get edited but no one says him that there isn't a .pak anymore ( i mean 1) i think that is what he asking too xD

for all of the editing you will want to do, use pak.d04 i think it's called. data.pak is old, no longer in use
