i have paid for 1 year account and buy aion serial # and download the game
and when i log in say

In other words you're trying to play a game that isn't out yet, in about 2 weeks there's will be a weekend close beta where you can play, after that there'll be 1 or 2 open beta and after that you can officialy play the game 24/7 (unless it's on maintenance)
