cuebot dont work

hey my bot is dont work on my pc is work but on notebook is no work i have that
[15:15:47] end TrapDoor session
[15:15:47] end script (reason: Error init Trame.bin)
[15:12:46] init TrapDoor

open the bot via cuebot launcher in desktop dir when i open cue bot luncher i have next aplication not starting properly 0xc0000005 can sam one help?
