[Help]How to add more mobspawn on 5721+

Hi everyone,
As the tittle says, well I'm Using Navicat for my server and I was wonder, is it monsterspawns on the table or a different file on the source? Sorry if I confused some of you guys. All I want to know is just how to add more monster spawn..

Well you could do it manually and add it into the monster spawns table.

Or if there isnt a command for it, you could make one so you can do it in game.

So if i want to create a command for it then how would i start with it?
i'm new to C# and I'm learning it at the same time..
