I have tried and it looks like works, more hp with the correct mastery .
The best and ultimate way to know how much it works( because the increase of hp could be only visual), is if you get the mastery thath give you one skill(masstery skill), then if you get the skill and you use and it works... Finally, it works, i still dont have any amstery skill, but when i get the enought mastery points i will post if it works.
