How to change image of db?

I just want to make the image more noticeable for when it drops on the ground.
Anyone have any advice?

I know but its been one day and the post I made in there hasn't even appeared yet. So I figured someone could help me in here because its a CO related question.

Also is there a way I can make the sound file of a Db and a meteor different?

I'm, not absolutely sure about changing the image but replacing the sound file is simple, even if a little tedious. It should also solve the problem of noticability.

Head over to:

E:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\sound

Or C:\ in most cases, my main drive is E, in that folder you should look for a particular sound file that resembles the sound of the particular drop for a DB/met. There are quite a lot of sound in there so I suggest adding them all to a playlist. Once you have located the file and name, create a new file with the same name and replace it in the folder, you may wish to back up the original. You can replace this with whatever you want, I'd personally opt for a bit of Hendrix, it may need to be in .wav format.

I hope that works for you, I just resumed playing CO after a years break so it may fail but I'm pretty sure it will do the trick.

I was told that the sound file to the meteor and Db were linked, and I found one file that sounds like a db and met, and I'm assuming that's the one that is linked to both of them. Not sure if there are two separate sound files for them though.
