[Help]Howto do a RustyHearts p.Server?

As the title says I want to know the steps to create a Rusty Hearts private server. I was looking for one preexistant but now it's closed and I want to try make one by myself.

Select first link and pray, that files are still uploaded. Still, I really doubt that someone can do anything by himself, seeing how much time it takes for RustyRevolution to fix their files.
