I never ever heard something about sro is supposed to be played with chinese + euro. Can i get the source? o.O

SRO is not supposed to be played with both races. We are here in the private server scene,just to remember you. If you are able to dev a server just with chinese or just with euro, why not? Who could tell you, you are not allowed to do a chinese or euro only server? Yea, they introduced em, but wasnt there a time where there was only chinese? So, if ppl could add any other race by themselfes at that time (lets just guess so), would you tell them they are not allowed to do so since sro is just supposed to be played with only chinese (at that past time)...No, you simply couldnt. :)
