Where should i hack from 1-102
And which hacks should i use?(im a bagi)

The best combination of hack, is of course, skill+vac+nonaggro+wall+pc speed+mob speed
Always try to hack on dgs so u dont get caught, bagis will be hard.
Go from 1-60, vacing on dead servers, stay low.
Lvl 60-70 go crespo dg C
from 70-85 go B
From 85-90 i went vacing on python castle
Fro 90-115 go DP A
From 115+ DP Abyss

yeah, from 1-60 will be hard.
With my mage, i used my ak to pwlvl to lvl 36. When i got to that level, i went to nunvince dung, got lvl 51, and vacced on python till i was 60 :D
But i dont know about bagis, cuz of their lack of aoes on low lvls

giving them hacks isnt giving them a chance to learn dunce. telling u to use the search bar however is.
plus bagi's are horrible for hacking u should make a new character right away cuz it'll be a total bitch to level. my recommendation would be mage, hunter, seg, and summoner if you want to get cosmos
