[Release]Sro Item Creater

Today I release a tool with which you can easily create items. Choose your kit, choose the blues and stats and even the Plus. You only need to enter the char name, teleport once and the items are placed in storage.

Tested: Vsro Files 1.188
Set/Weapon/Accestory degree: Euro & China 11th

What you must change:

Performance update
The program is now working much faster.
But since it is so much code, I've so far Implement only among the Chinese
Euro Work too, but not so fast (Old Version speed)

Just if you know the db stuff of your server what i do not think then you can use the tool
