r3volution cooldown

Hi,

how would you go about searching for the cooldown time a certain skill(i want to find out elastic shield)in r3volution server? i tried using 1800000-4000000 but there are no results.

btw i'm using artmoney.

ok i've found the address and pointer for elastic shield cd..is there a way to make it last longer?

Value is 95% 180k... -.-
