Hello, second time posting a thread in here.

I'm wanting to get a FRESH Level 30 NA Account, preferably with enough IP for runes and about 520RP. Match history does not matter, I want it to be cheap.

-I can go first with PayPal ONLY
-Needs decent proof of ownership
-Want original email
-Don't need to have lots of champions
-Enough IP to get 2 rune pages
