The best servers are in my signature, there isn't a "best" server but a group of server that are simply the best.

Just another kiddie server :)
Few reasons why:

• Slow website
• Ugly tags in the name
• No players?
• C&P layout.

I remember you posted an issue with a server a few days ago..
Wait I found it [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], you are not capable of hosting a server. Maybe do more research next time :)

all private servers on epvp are bad ...

I honestly don't consider any Warrock private server good, from a new person's perspective it is very clear that all servers are inferior in quality to any other scene I have seen.

Besides the OP has just as much authority, as anyone else, when it comes to deciding which server(s) is/are 'the best'.
