[Small tutorial] fixing the -300 error form the Dshop

08/02/2009 21:54 prox32#1
this error occurs when you manually input your data into your databse and as a result you enter the next user_no after the two entries already there which so happens to be 3.

This is the problem simply avoid user_no's that begin with 3 and try to make them all begin with 6, it really doesnt matter what they are you could have 787230348 or 86349447.

Simply change the number from 3 to any other number u can think of. And your problems solved.

Blatently dont know what your talking about.

This occurs when manually adding an account entry into the database, not deleting anything. Please read posts before replying.

Different database files seem to handle these problems differently. I have two test servers at my house.

The first uses one set of DB files I got from here and I currently have added all 34 accounts manually. I started at 1 and incremented all the way up with no problems.

The second server uses a different DB set (icg, igc or something) and it won't allow me to add accounts manually at all, but have never encountered a user_no beginning with 3 yet so don't know if it is vulnerable to this bug.

Good to know though.

You fucking idiot read what i typed. I SAID I NEVER CHANGE ANYTHING WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT THE FUCK I AM DOING. Now back to ur error topic becuz u edited tables in the wrong way then got excited cuz u figured it out and wanted to post. Get YOUR shit right son and double check my post before you flame me. I WILL light a fire under your ass. Examine the other tables in account DB guys and edit them accordingly with same info cept pass and user... will have no prob and not need this half ass tut.

Yeah though ItsNobody is right. But the point he is trying to tell you, dont delete tables. You error 600, 300 im guessing you decided to delete character that had an important char number but didnt seem to mind them ^^. Thats one situation

Yaah im right..but it wasnt about deleting a table...about leaving fields blank or inputting wrong info into wrong tables. He waasnt havign 600,300. He was having -300 ..some Dshop error I have never heard of or had. People should read topics before they start to flame me, I always carry matches and gasoline in this forum. I brought up 600,300 error in reference to how people fuck up easily by deleting or editing shit they havent even studied. I mean cmon study the tables before you edit.

However there are other reasons for this -300 dshop errors.

-If the cash shop files of server and client dont match. or price dont match
-Sometimes when you manually create account with user numbers that have less characters than actual registration page created user, but this error in this case rarely happens.

With another your referring to the itemshop.scv in the ''real dekaron''?

EDIT: Thanks prox, it worked, you made my day ^^. all u have to do is get the itemcash.scv of your original dekaron map and replace it. Thanks for the info. Thanked u ^^
