1.it makes it possible to run x2 gw2 (in windows mode on one pc)
2. yes you need 2 gw2 account (so drop run and shop one more gw2 acc)
3.make a new folder and copy gw2 files over and make sure its up to date (use MultiWars2 first)
(4). Mesmer-silver doubloon-JP-Empyreal Fragment- Experience Scroll (zap to lvl 20..note you need to be lvl 21-34 for SD to drop)

my cynical note:
more boost to Anet "we got more players who buy the game"
and we get easy Empyreal Fragment.
so its a 50/50

so you can run 2 gws without using a vm?

You can run 2 gw2 with just using a hex editor or patching the mutex.

any tutorial on that? and is it bannable? :P

As Plex just stated you can use HxD to do the same in 1 minute. There's a thread here on epvp on how to.
