help me create a web design for my server for flyff, which program should I use, how to make html, how to apply to the site?

Hi xpyro2,
to create your own Webdesign you need very good Photoshop skills. After you created the design you have to slice and code it. You'll need HTML, CSS and maybe PHP or JavaScript. You should search tutorials at Google.
