Error my site in page the register

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I put my site up so that the registration page ta giving the following error anyone know how to solve?

your config file isnt where u said it would be in your header try putting your config file in your /page/ directory or use ../config.php to link it to the parent directory which is where i assume you put it proper way would be to put it in your /inc/ directory and change the link in your header ("also you should change the permissions" so other people cant access it)
