[Help]Portal Scroll Issue

After successfully purchasing portal scrolls from my d-shop, I get an error when trying to use them.

I posted two pictures that you can clearly see. In what do you refer as the portal scroll line anyways?

The line from csv file maybe ??.

Which csv exactly and Ill post it here. I have double checked them and they replicate my old server perfectly. This is the weirdest bug I have ever seen by far.
