Purchasing Epvp Gold not allowed

hey people,

Im interested in advertising on epvp for lol elo boosting. The issue i have at this moment is that i can not buy epvp gold to get premium or anything like that, because the system is not allowing me to buy epvp gold because im from Serbia. Aka, country restriction on purchasing gold. Would appreciate if any1 can shed some light on this matter?
