This 'project' you are describing is a bot.
By making this bot you may as well code the rest of the features of a bot (it would have to contain most of them to function in the first place)
If anyone has interest in creating their own bot, there is tons of resources to help them learn how strewn all over the forum. If you have interest in learning then I suggest you start reading all the information we've posted on the subject but if you expect someone to just come in and go "wow, I've never thought of building a bot and releasing it" then you can just go fuck yourself. People keep bots private or charge for them. Tq has significantly tightened game security so it's just not worth releasing a fully functional bot for free and keeping it up to date.
