You said you wanted to be the host yourself, so forward the ports 7880 and 50005.
And go to share/channellist.csv and loginlist.csv
Change the IP's from 127.0.0.1 to your external IP which you'll find here:

I'll forward your ports, just wait I'll log in to Skype in about 30 minutes or so..
