Cannot access login server?

Hello members:

In Urzark, Brumhart 10/30/13, the archlord went into maintenance and did a forced shut down of the server while I was playing. So I waited until the maintenance to finish to login again. Everytime I run archlord just before the user and pass screen, archlord says cannot access login server.

-I was wondering if anyone else having this problem??

-Or is it only me because i didnt log off before the maintenance??

-If so, What can I do to fix this problem? ( I tried reinstalling game already and logging in with different account).

Hi guys, I figured a way to play but its weird IDK why... Maybe you guys can help me please. If I change my IP to LA, Washington or Europe, I'm able to login and play. So am I ip banned??? If so why??? The only thing I did was just stay play until the game kicked before the maintenance.... any help is appreciated. Thank You

No. They cannot ban ip it's just impossible, maybe server wasn't working proper. Use EasyLogin by Ace-ppc. You should not have such a problem with that software at all unless problem is on server sided.
One more thing I wanna say that they don't even care about archlord so why would they ban you for no reason. So it's just you who assuming that. Problem you got is because of their shity website. I have been through it many time when I was used to play but since I started to use EASY LOGIN I never got "cannot access server" as long as server wasn't down.

I just tried using easy login but idk if im doing it right because i get the same problem. In the easy login: notice,ID, pass, chars channel 1, chars channel 2. So filled the ID and pass but im not sure what do to with the other slots.
