Sources and Clients and Staff

I am looking for any working sources that are fully working and clients to go with them. I am also looking for good coders. I am also looking for anyone with any knowledge of pservers and hosting. I want to create the ultimate pserver and my past attempts have failed. If i am able to get a stable pserver running then all staff will be compensated for their hard work. Hmm if all others failed and your asking basically for everything and dont do anything yourself then this one will fail too.
