Speed Hacking with Visual Basic?

Is it possible to speed hack with visual basic 6?

And if so... Can someone point me in the right direction with some code

It depends. If you i.e. find some value you can alter to achieve a greater speed (walkspeed for instance), you could do that in Visual Basic (WriteProcessMemory), if you plan on hooking, that's not possible in VB.
