[Release] HTML5 GG system for private servers

Hi epvp,

Today I release my gg system made in html5.
It works with AJAX.

WARNING :
- portals piece don't work and it don't contains all features it's only the first version.
- it will only work on a website or with xampp etc... because it works with php files

ajaxgg.php -> here you have to check if the user is logged in,
if yes, you return :ok:PLAYER_URIDIUM_AMOUNT:PLAYER_EXTRASPIN_AMOUNT:
if he isn't logged in then you can return what you want :)

ajaxgg2.php -> it's the page where you'll update mysql_table depends
of the reward. also the text that will be shown in gg system will
be the :TEXT_TO_SHOW_IN_GG_SYSTEM:

(example:    :+100 MCB 25:)
