Can't run BOI

Erm, when I try to run BOI I get this error:
"F:\...
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more details"

Things I've done:
Tried to install lower version of .NET Framework, failed to install.
Ran cmd and scanned PC with "sfc /scannow".
Tried to use that "sxstrace.exe" but it just flash over screen and nothin' happens after that.

So, can someone help me get through with this shit? :/

Install C++ 2005 till 2010 also for 2005 you need to install both but sometimes just 86 works.
