Dragonica Private Server - Possible?

I was thinking about it, Is it possible to create a Dragonica Private server since there are lots of private servers made out of good games such as WOW or SRO?
Is there anyone created? :confused:

Well all me wee to do is fined the stuff to download and get a team together and we can make a private server
