alittle help.

Hi, I'm playing a Battlemage. Lvl 34 now. I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong, or is fuckdragonica supposed to be like that.

whether I change the Vac Distance to 400 or 1000, the difference isn't that much and I still get hit by mobs. My Blizzard doesn't even hit the mobs. The only way I can actually hit mobs even just 80% of the time is by pressing 'X'.
Blizzard totally misses the mobs unless they're right infront of me. In which case, I'll just die.

So how DO you guys actually vac?

In my eyes, the Vac is only usefull for going afk on the fourth missionmap. Monsters respawn fast, so it makes a good afk spot. Vac distance won't do much if it is over 200. Sure, you can see the mobs, but thye are too far away in reality to attack. What most people do, is go to mission map 4, fight their way to the boss. Then lure the boss to one side, run to the other, Jump, Freeze in the air, and get a weight to hold down the X button. Autoleveling, yay! <.<

some f5 bosses also have respawning mobs from what i have seen (artis and alvida, dunno about others)
I guess it's if you're lazy to go through 4 stages to get to the boss :P

Also, if you find something flat, you can slide it under the keys to hold X down.

F4's mobs respawn faster. imo.

Okay, I've tried that? but I can't even normal attack in air. O.O

oh right, magicians' air attack can only attack stunned/lifted enemies. This would mean that freeze height and the vac hacks together wouldn't be as useful as it is to archers.
However, with skills like diffusion cannon where you can't move while using them, you can use shift (the speed/wallhack) to still move and kill more easily. I haven't tried using the vac at +80 distance and attacking around (do enemies still reach you? well, the non-long range ones)
