I'm going to buy XBox 360. I have waited like an eternity for it. Anyways, guys can you please help me out listing some of the best XBox games that are absolutely new or are at the verge of release?

I thought Forza 5 would not be released for the Xbox 360, only for Xbox One.

I saw players already playing assasin 4 at twitch.tv. I heard it very interesting part, maybe even better then previous ones.
