But if you wanna play the "Europe-Version" you must register an Acccount here:

I also have this problem, I registered on north america but when I register I use an email for login and with that I can only enter the web site I can't login the game

Different publishers. Europe's publisher is Gameforge, and in the US Aion is being published by NCsoft. The US gets their updates quicker, their cash shop is fair and they have some neat exclusive features such as a complete game guide, telling you which quests are the best for your level, how and where to do them, which equipment is recommended, etc. Europe is missing those features. In fact, you have to pay in order to fully enjoy the game. The game guide, a good community and a fair support can not be found here. I'd strongly recommend to join the NA server.
