1. CHeck if skill exists in your damn skilldataxxxxenc.txt file.
2. Check desc1_128 column in refobjitem oftai sui scroll. // should be that column if i remember correctly
-> Go to refskill and search for that basic_code. Then go tot he params and start setting them to 0 one after another.
Once of those params will most likely be a restriction. (Do this pk2 sidedly first... if the client starts check the item description... somethig might have changed.... the rest should be self-explanatory.

3. again.... check for refskill params
4. You need to learn english.

PS guys this guy loves scamming money. So don't even think about trying to fix it for payment.. or at least get the money via western union. This guy will charge back and give paypal fake information.

He is a damn scammer, I suggest nobody helps him ;)
Btw he is also producing and sharing exploits to keep servers down, go to hell fgt.
