How do i make a donation page when my paypal cant be verified
i dont have a creditcard/bankaccount so i cant verify it
is there any other way to make a donation page?

after making all register part and finishing all things now you need to add Donation button .. go here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and copy the html code and put it anywhere in your site , have fun .
edit: then who will donate will click on the button and donate :p .. #request close

if you paypal isnt verified all you gotta do it make a button for donations and people would just have to enter the amount they want to donate.

i will make another post with a guide on how to do it :D if that will help you
