seems like no npc is moving, but evearything else is just epic, i want to play that p server

For that system you need php/css/html/javascript/mysql or other db system ,some jQuery if you want to do it fast..
and maybe json depend how you want to do it..
it's not hard to do but waste of time if the server not work properly.
Try to work at server not all time at website.
