Hi , i know this could go a bit off topic but i'd like to know what to look for when it comes to pay for a VPS . Also if you could tell me a few trusted and a nice quality/price sites i'd gladly appreciate.

Yes there is another thread about it , that has been made the 22 october but he is looking for 150$+ VPSs , and im looking for a really basic one to start with.

VPS isn't good for shaiya, root server would be better...

Means it's practically having a dedicated host, you need a strong host to survive in the world of shaiya private servers.

Yes i have 24GB RAM, SSD and a really good processor...

If u using a VPS; there is a awesome root server like 128GB RAM and it will split in 20x 6GB Ram VPS, so sometimes youre server will be laggy and sometimes the server will be working good xD

This is the type that free shaiya uses, as well for everland shaiya, shaiya the old prophecy uses.

But it really is about depending on the admin or developer who does the work either in the vps or on his own pc, since the fact if you do the work on your own pc you really do not need that much ram it won't lag unless you work in the vps all the time, basically use it for your own needs as most do, really a shaiya server all it really needs is at least 2gb and ddos protection, as well as you to secure the server, working on your own pc for the server work, besides that you are then golden.
