Cant connect to login server

getting this error : Cant connect to login server when i open the game using a different IP . It is working fine with 127.0.0.1 , my firewall is turned off , portforwarded 30810 & 30800, fixed game.exe ip , changed the IP in :

PSM_Client\Bin\Config\ps_game.ini
PSM_Server\ShaiyaServerPatch\Config\Game01\PS_Game \ps_game.ini
PSM_Server\Config\PSMServer_Confg.ini


so yea idk what else to do ...
i also pinged my external IP using a different IP and it responded well , so it must be something with ports even tho i verified using a "port checker " and both 30800, 308100 ports are opened.

Note : Im ISP is blocking port 80 so i had to change for another one , is there something to do with this?

Are you failing to connect to your server when it's set up with your external IP or someone else from outside your local network ?

Well yea im hosting a test server on a comp , which has an external IP ( mine ) . Both two persons who've tested it gets cannot connect to login server

I'd say check your logs ShaiyaServer/PSM_Client/Bin/Log they often tell you some interesting things.

ty but my problem is now solved .

For those having the same problem , mine was that i didnt chang the right ip in game.exe so it was all screwed up
