Hosting a server

I have network server laying around in my house.
I'm also having fios installed tomorrow. Fios is a type of internet known as Ftth.
Anyway, I'm not hosting any binary's. They have too many issues.
Server Details: Intel Core 2 Duo 2 Ghz processor
750gig 720rpm hardrive
2 gig ram
internet speed: 25download/15upload

A few requirements:
you need to know how to code
MUST know decent english
and cannot be a turk, brazilian or egy.
remote access to the server is also availible

Server will be on 23/7

Two Questions:

1. "23/7" is that a typo or is the server gunna be off 1 hour every day?

2. Where is the server located (country wise)

I can upgrade to 4 gb ram but I don't see the point. Most Vp and Dedi servers gives you only 1 gb ram.

You'll like FiOS. Almost all new installs of the 25/15 are 25/25 (an extra 10Mbps on upload). Very few installs are "just" 15Mbps.

yea fios is awesome, internets done, speed is 24-25/ 19-23

wow this is bullshit, i hosted my old supremeco source to test out the server.
2 hrs later, blah blah blah, u have violated our terms of service, next violation will result in service suspension.
