Crafting without mats

There is a packet injection method to craft without/with very little mats.
Most people have said it has been patched with the last game update yesterday. But I know for a fact that it is still possible with mostly the same method as I know someone that can do it, he just won't say how.

I have the instructions for how it was done before last patch, is there anyone experienced with this kind of thing that would be willing to help try figure it out?
