Register helpme please

Hello, on my server when I try to register shaiya act followed by the use of giving "create account" I get this error please help me.
I use xampp

Is telling you that either the database doesn't exist or that the account information that you entered in the db.config.pho is invalid. Check and make sure that you have the right information in there.
