Anyone know when it's set to be released for PC? I've heard that it's first quarter 2014, but anyone know when?

haha, oh man. I'm so impatient. Our ps3 broke a few weeks ago, not too interested in replacing it, so just kinda wishing it was released for PC when it was launched last month.
