How to catch and autoban Thief cheating ?

I could find in the Gameserver some msg like "I'm Not Trader, My JID is XXX"
Today I saw this msg and could move to this user and I found him as thief in Jangan Town loading goods...

Is there a way to get all this logs in a table and/or setup an autoban ?

Anti-Cheat isn�t possible.

What is possible is following:

If Thief is sell x times goods without kill anyone in this time area then ban him
